In 7/2/2008 when shopping in Melaka, saw cheap sale in Toy City Shop. I bought third new EP RC, 2001 TAMIYA TB01 with Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII Body (Pro kit) rally car 4x4 prices Rm299.50. I change the motor to Trinity 19T and Tamiya ESC but slow so i change it to driff car. In 2010 again change the ESC to TP-M8 woo more faster if the battery full charge. Problem for this RC is hard to get spare parts, Ebay not much. The next model are TB02 and new TB03. Today i have problem with the front and rear shock tower broken the plastic become hard and eazy break not like other RC parts made by soft plastic. In 2017 i modified with hard aluminium plate.
Start bloog = 11/7/2008
Last update bloog = 30/12/2024Sum for parts = Rm1088.90
2001 - 2025 = 24 Years.
Made in Japan (🇯🇵)
For the both rear and front shock tower i modified with aluminium plate. Cut 2 pcs same size and glue togather more thicker to hold the shock absorber. To use a thick plate i didn't have mechine to do it. All done in 2018
Wow time past very fast, Today I still want to collect some of the vintage or new 1/10 RC Car. I always look into Internet for cheap RC Car. My Target know is to own a Kyosho V one R range, HPI ,Yokomo, Cen, AE, ect. I also going to collect Buggy and Monster Truck. From 1994 until today I already spend buying RC parts and car for RM 12561.48. Now I am 43 of age this hobby will not stop, it will continue. Below Picture is my Total GP and EP Collection = 7 Gas Power & 3 Electric Power. In 2009 November add On one more RC Kyosho V One S. Read Blog My Memory of Having a RC Car (Part 16)
