RC 85. My Memory Having RC Car. My no 57 RC. Smartech Swordfish Nitro Buggy 103450 2005.

30/9/2024. My first nitro buggy. Buy another secondhand 1/10 RC, SMARTECH SWORDFISH Nitro Buggy no 103450 a 2005 product. No body and Remort for only Rm170 in Kajang Perdana. Meet up in Kip Mall Bangi. History of this buggy belong to nephew study on board. Left unattend. Not heavy scratch under chassis. Engine using 15 CXP size. Just play few time then keep a side because under chassis still a QC pass sticker still have no torn or scratch. Battery found in receiver box year 2009. This units no upgaraded parts. Another Jackport RC to own.

1. Air Filter no sponge

2. All 4 tyre not glue

3. Antenna wire break missing.

4. All tyre no inserted.

5. Adjustment ride hight using screw not allen screw.

6. Axle from rear greese no add.

7. All dogbone rusty.

8. Battery receiver all leak not remove Duracel from 2009

9. Brake acc linkage rusty.

10. Cable ties missing on exhaust joint.

11. Caburetor stuck

12. Dusty and oily on chassis

13. Damper 4pcs low oil

14. Damper shaft rusty.

16. Engine bottom plate screw too tight.

Directly battery from 2009 didn't remove 15 years.

The terminal all with battery acid hard to remove.

Smartech Am receiver all coroded

using 26.975 crystal

the 3 pin terminal come off

All coroded, the copper circle damage at 3 pin. The course 9 years didn't remove battery.

The rusty wheel dogbone and center shaft sanding and respray.

Shock oil clean and half, using thick oil.

For engine mounting screw I use heavy duty allen screw

I am using a 6v for receiver supply

Terminal servo with green stuf clean it

Test it servo function , another servo need change terminal wire break

Both servo function only body break, will use it in others way

Use a bigger wheel nut

Special loop for fuel tank lid

Rusty turn buckle touchup with silver paint

Ori damper rear too short the rear will fall down so i change to HSP Brontosaurus damper use back ori spring

Done only body cover and engine testing.

9/10/2024 I buy a HSP 1/10 buggy body shell for Rm65.80. This body for Ep/GP buggy but I Modified the front pin hole and steering side. Hole for engine and fuel tank i cut according ro HSP nitro buggy.
