13/9/2020 too boring all project rework done. Go round seremban fleamarket no RC. Then go to the rc shop in seremban 2, ask for any loose parts. The shop owner say go to the stor look for ur self. Deep serching found a HSP 1/10 buggy and the kyosho rear suspention and wheels parts for my FW06 recently i bought. The parts at bottom of the box and a front brontosaurus bumper for my third brontosaurus. Looking all 3 box found many loose parts will buy next visit. The best thing is all this parts only RM20. The 3 type i assume the buggy is Rm15, brontosaurus bumper Rm2.50 and Kyosho parts Rm2.50

This buggy is HSP 94107 Xstr buggy is introduce year 2001 made in china still continues produce till today 2023. This is brush buggy. Look at all wheel using bushing not ballbearing if Xstr pro i thing all wheels will use ballbearing. There few type The Vortex, 94107 brush and Xstr pro. Chassis, axle same the different is motor, ESC and ballbearing used. When i check on you tube found this XSTR already have in 2001.

20/2/2021 buy a set of uj for front Rm25.
This my 29 units RC. Same problem with this buggy, heavy accident sent to shop no repair and then put in the stor and slowly all parts missing. Found alot of damage and missing parts. slowly check all hsp 1/10 parts almost same, the different for this buggy with my brontosaurus is the front and rear shock tower, all the suspension arm and bumper also the damper shortens.The axle gear, housing, steering arm, front/rear hub, chassis same as my brontosaurus. Not like other brand kyosho, tamiya their parts mostly different according to model. Before dismantled this buggy i do research what the fault.

1. No tyre and Rim
2. All dogbone (missing)
3. No front bumper
4. No front rhs suspension arm
5. No rear gearbox gear set.
6. Missing rear gear box housing only front cover.
7. Missing front rhs shock absorber
8. Missing front 2 pcs adjustable linkage.
9. Front lhs shock absober rod dent.
10. No body cover.
11. Steering servo wire is been cut.
12. Front shock stay heavy dent
13. No electrick parts ESC, Motor. Receiver
14. No motor mount.
15. No drive gear cover.
16. No maint gear.
17. No propeller shaft.
18. Missing 3 pcs battery stopper
19. Missing battery bracket
20. Rear rhs suspention arm dent.
22. Front rhs c hub and wheel hub missing.
23. Missing front axle shaft and bushing
24. All wheels no ball bearing (copper bushing)
25. Front rhs adjustable rod dent.
26. Front suspension arm 2 pin missing.
27. Dirty with sand
28. Steering no ballbearing

Another chalange to me to finish this RC buggy. Luckly HSP parts is cheap.

This the new product for 2020, i thing the diffrent is the cover body for 2016 or the rim

All this parts sale for Rm20. The 94107 buggy, mix parts brontosaurus bumper and rear kyosho suspension parts.

I just joint the rear section

Front rhs the suspension arm parts missing

Most suspention is remove, all the dog bone missing. The dent shock tower. Mosly open sale to other customers.

The steering linkage nut too tight, no ball bearing use only bushing.

The only parts using ball bearing is the axle

Missing maint drive gear, motor mounting and gear cover.

All 3 hub still with drive wheel shaft. only missing dog bone

The adjustable rod dent, if using aluminium rod i thing already broken.

Rear lower suspension arm dent. If this plastic can dent, this previous owner have a big accident

Damper oil low and still clean but will change all.

Full dismental parts before cleaning

All parts soak it in detergent to loosen the dust and oil. The screw or metal parts will clean with WD40.

After cleaning

Now will slowly assemble back.

Second parts assembly back all the parts and fix wherever parts i still have. Then will list down the missing parts abd next try look for it in the RC shop. Can't get order from lazada

The front axle remove everything change the greese.

New grease and ballbearing add some bearing oil.

Full of new grease on axle maint gear.

The rear bending suspension arm i heated up and squeeze back. Next time if extra money will buy new.

Fix the rear suspension first. Have one extra motor mounting and maint drive gear.

The bend shock shaft i hammering it back like stretching a nail.

All 3 pcs service all with new oil. The rhs end from bronto more longer

All in, using brontosaurus dogbone, for rear suspension is complete now.

Have extra complete axle case all in first for front suspension.
