On 2/08/2012, went to my friend RC shop just to relax and talk about RC product with him. My friend suddenly give me a Old Kyosho Ni-mh battery charger for free. Is a 6V-1200mAh / 7.2V-1200mAh. 5N/6N-1200 Super Ni-Cd Battery Convertible Quick Charger parts no 2207. He keep in the cabinet for so long and never use for quiet long time. Made in Japan, Looks funny a in car charger and have 15 Minit timer that need to turn the knob. It can charge 2 battery in one time using Car Supply from direct Battery or Cigarette lighter socket. can charge until 1200 mAh. Try it, charger still function. Have a switch to change to charge 6V or 7.2V.

I do some modifications on this charger, add a DC 12v fan underneath, to cool down the circuit board when charging a battery. The supply i take from the supply outlet with 13v current and add a fan switch at side.

Add a fan at bottom at the ventilation fin. Cut away few fin so that more air will enter inside. The edge of the fan i cable strip. The switch glue at side.

To Charge more then 8 Hour, some time i use the slow charge. A AC/DC Adaptor Made in China only Rm 8 - 10. Just leave it over night the Battery will have Full Charge.
Input : AC 220V 50Hz

12/1/2025 buy another I max B6AC 80w charger for Rm61after offer. Just stand by another units. The AC DC charger build in. Package includes AC wire and T plug adapter.
