My 25 RC for my collections, buy For Rm38 in JJJ Semelin Mall Cheras on 1/2/2020. I buy it because it say not function, so there a chance ask to reduce the price. On body there 3 price tag, Rm70,Rm60,Rm50 means no one buy it, so last price they give me Rm40 and another 5% discount. This brand from Shuang Xing Toys made in China for japan market 27Mhz 1137WA 2018 ( New 2019/2020, 1137W is 2.4). It use rubber tyre, 6 AA battery, 27Mhz, 4x4, Water proof can play in wet condition.
If found out circuit fault i will modified using ESC and 2.4mhz remote.

1. No Remote, using 27mhz eazy to get.
2. Front steering alignment key missing
3. Not function according to JJJ.
4. No antenna
5. The suspension and linkage very Steve.
6. The steering servo gear no grease.

| The antenna wire, if 27Mhz should be hang out side or a hard wire. Know i must check with my 2.4 remote. |

After checking using my 2.4hz, still not function. So take out my extra 40Mhz remote yes it function the circuit board is ok using 40Mhz signal but the remote antena need near to the terminal, can't far away . The car antena need to use hard wire, i will modified one. Out side sticker say 27Mhz, no wonder they say faulty units.

| Remove the casing, the grease still ok no need to clean still soft. No ball bearing is use and can't add. |

All done cleaning and repair, lucky still function only using 40Mhz frequencies. Another small collection Of my RC car. Soon will add time to time photo .

| Found a old hard wire direct screw on ant coloum, but still problem, the distance to control the car only 1 feet. Can't go far. But anyware it function no problem with the circuit board. Next find the remote gun in JJJ if they sale loose. |
My project Covid 19. 2 week can't go out stay at home because Malaysia have effected with coved 19, already 26 people dead on 28/3/2020. Nothing to do so take the toy grade rock crawler and check and change the system using 2.4 and Servo. Tested with my 40hz still can,t get the signal from far, even i adjust a electronic device. So make a decision modified all electronic components. Remove the ori board and use ESC.
The first thing to do is the steering servo. Using a small micro servo MG90S, try using HSP ESC, flysky Receiver, connect both wire motor using dean plug, using back the ori power supply 6pcs AA 1.5 battery. After put all component in and try, yes it function.

| Try using 1/10 servo, no place to put too big, then use micro servo, use hot glue on both side to chassis. |

| The servo gear should center of the steering column. Glue it firm, before glue both side. |

| Cut small cardboard the glue both side, to prevent hot glue come out. Ensure servo in center of the steering rod. The servo arm will be in side the steering column. |

| From top view, pour the hot glue into both side until fill up. Let it cool and then remove the cardboard |

| For the servo horn, it too small, too loose in the steering column, so i tape it thick so it realy fit into the steering column. |

| Tighten it. |

| Done after the cardboard remove, some will stuck on the glue, not that nice but the servo is super strong. |

| Use back this car switch, only change to Dean plug. Conection from switch to ESC. |

| Try using HSP ESC, i will change to a smaller set. The cover can't close. |
